Scourge Of The Olive Fly

THE Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza de Segundo Grado (Suragro) has announced that, weather permitting, this week will see the start of the fumigation campaign against the scourge of the olive fly.

The areas in which the aerial spraying will be conducted are Ronda, Cañete la Real, Cuevas del Becerro, Ardales, Cortes de la Frontera, Benaojan, Montejaque and Jimera de Libar.

Beekeepers and organic farmers must give the location of their hives and plots.
