I AM new to blogging - this being my first. And with the challenges I was having at the begnning, first with dear old Telefonica and, more recently, with the weather, it has been a bitty sporadic. Also, I find that, having committed myself to writing a blog for the website I am not yet quite sure what format will evolve.

MY body is relaxed, my heart is at peace and my spirit is renewed.
Taking time to rest and relax is important to us physically, emotionally and spiritually. By giving our bodies the rest and attention they need, we find peace and strength within.

HI everyone - I came across this little story and I so enjoyed its message. So many of us feel a bit overwhelmed by the commercialisation of this time of year and it can be quite difficut to maintain a real sense of what the spirit of Christmas is all about. So, I decided to share it with you and hope you like it too.

WELL - miracles do happen! As of approximately one hour ago... I am WIFID? Wified? Difficult to get the spelling just right... but it means I am now connected... to wifi... to ADSL... to the 21st century!
Life is good. Onward and upward!

WELL, apparently the router left Malaga at 7.20 am last Friday morning... and it’s now Wednesday! The rumour is that it is being couriered - but snail mail would be the AVE by comparison. I think it’s making its own way... Watch this space, I’ll have broadband yet.

I AM still (not so) patiently waiting for my ADSL internet connection... and in the last week have managed to write my blog and then lose it - aaargh! However, when I am well wifi–ed then I will blog away to my heart’s content.
Meantime – another quick catch up. The new grandchild is now almost six-weeks-old and absolutely brilliant. I have booked my flight to spend some time with him over Chritsmas and the New Year - so excited about that.
