DOESN’T time fly!  Since my last blog I have been very busy... in the best possible ways of course.  I have had many excellent evenings out on my horse, the wonderful Ludo, and some of them beyond excellent - the joy of riding out on these amazing autumn evenings is beyond amazing... true food for the soul!

Yoga classes continue to grow and change and we have very special Sunday mornings at the Molino del Santo.  First of all in the yoga studio and then downstairs having breakfast on the terrace.  All manner of topics come up for analyzing and opining upon... heaven forfend that any gossiping might take place but it would be fair to say that we do set the world to rights!!

I had the soul searching, inspiring and very sad experience of making a last minute trip back to Scotland to attend the funeral celebration of a very dear friend who died after a short illness.  To find a flight (at a reasonable price) from Malaga to Glasgow at the very times on the very days I wanted it was a miracle.  Then to find a connecting 4 hour bus journey on to where I wanted to be was angel wings on the miracle.  I had a wonderful weekend... even tho many tears were shed...  another section of life’s rich tapestry.

Following hot on the heels, or rather the wings, of that I was off to London to visit my wee grandson (and mum and dad) and spend Tuesday morning in his nursery with him as it was designated Grandparents Day.  How delightful that was!  I was the only granny there... so I was made very welcome... what a mad world we live in when the only grandparent who comes along to grandparents day in a nursery in London has come from Spain!!  People don’t realise what they are missing!  Well, my mind and souol have certainly been well fed this last month ... I think my body could do with some pampering now...  must ring Lola in Cortes and book a long overdue massage.
