WELL, yoga has started again at the Molino del Santo in Benaojan, which is just great. We have got off to a flying start with the worst of the aching stretched muscles rapidly becoming only a memory, once again. We have changed the day to Sunday, which is working well and makes it more accessible to guests in the hotel as the favoured changeover day seems to be Saturday. I will also be facilitating regular half day and one day yoga workshops... watch this space for more details... Namaste...
