WELL, the first day back at school was OK. The kids are all so full of energy and excitement and, I have to say, I am a sucker for those enthusiastic little faces! We have so much to learn from children and I truly do believe that if we can find the child inside ourselves then life can be so much fun.

It’s not so hard… just finding silly fun in everyday situations is a way of being in touch with your inner child of wonder. We all love silly… and its really good for you to let go and just be silly!

My brother has been staying with me over the Christmas break. He arrived on the 21st December, along with his trusty off road mountain bike, in time to celebrate his 60th birthday on the 23rd. We have had so much fun and been so lucky with the weather. We’ve gone out together, me on Ludo and Roddy on his bike, trundling through the campo, uphill and through bogs, cantering and pedalling, just like kids again. So much fun… and so good for the soul.
