HI again... I am still in London (back to Spain today) where I have spent possibly the most thrilling week of my life with my tiny new first grandchild. He was born last Sunday (October 18) and I had the unparalleled privilege of assisting with the birth. His dad (my son) and I were birthpartners to his mum. Both parents have been practicing yoga for some time now and so this little boy was, effectively, a "yoga baby". By that I mean the entire labour and deliver was centred around the breath and he was breathed out. It was amazing... but I don't have time to write more just now as I have a plane to catch... but for those of you who are interested in yoga and childbirth - watch this space.
